In a very secluded area of Staten Island was a small plot of land. This home fit perfectly. Development Concepts framed this home. The huge spans made this home very difficult to frame. After the trades had finished DCBC dry walled the home, taping and finishing ready for painting.
This was an amazing home with expansive rooms and an elaborate kitchen. The full finished basement became a huge game room.
