Our
Client and her husband had a dream to completely
renovate
their home. Her husband passed away on
September 11th at the World Trade Center.
She
continued their dream to the completion of this home. |
 |

The House included a
large extension on the
rear and side.
Footings and foundations were poured. |

A trailer was set up
in
the back yard to live
in
during the
renovations. |
 |
 |
 |
 |

Demolition and
Framing took place Immediately.
Framing was very
difficult because it had to be
done under a tarp to
prevent water damage to
the existing home.
The July heat made
work exhausting. |
 |

 |

Lunch break gave
workers enough time
to regain strength
and
finish off the
afternoon shift |
 |
 |
 |

Transforming of this
home became dramatic
as the extension,
roof and
dormers were put into
place. |

Constant teamwork
with
the client made the
end
product that much
better. |
 |
 |
 |
 |

With the outside near
complete, the decision was
made to drywall the
entire home,
including the
existing portion of the home. |
 |
 |

The final finishing of
the home
included beautiful
bathrooms,
a full professional
kitchen and
brightly colored rooms. |
